What we collect

• RFQ form: name, work email, company, country, part description, material, quantity and the files you upload.
• Supplier form: factory name, location, contact person, email, capabilities and optional company profile.
• Analytics: anonymous usage data from Cloudflare Web Analytics and, if enabled, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.

How we use it

RFQ data and drawings are used only to answer your request. With your consent, and under NDA if you ask for one, we share the RFQ with the vetted machine shops matched to it. Drawings are never shared with shops that are not assigned to your RFQ and never reused for other customers. Supplier data is used to evaluate the shop and to send matching RFQs.

Processors

Forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention

RFQ files are kept as long as needed to quote and fulfil the order, plus the record period your purchase order or quality agreement requires. You can ask for deletion at any time unless a record must be kept for an open order.
